Downgrading

I appear to have BOX SETS which I never watch, I only watch Sky Sports but am being charged £77 per month.  I seem to be unable to contact anyone about this despite try8ng very hard.  The telephone line tells me it is only open until 8pm (it was earlier than this when 8 was trying to get hold of someone).  I feel like I am being messed around.

 

Any ideas how to proceed?

What does it say on your account, does it says Boxsets or Sky Signature, if boxsets then try either calling after 7am when the lines open or try the messaging service that can be found under "Need more help" at the bottom of this page:
