Bills are zero
Hi. My bills are all zero on mysky. Past present and future. Why is this? Even the downloaded pdf is just zero. I need to see what I'm paying for.

@Rastamaster Are you a returning customer after being away for more than 12 months if so you could be logged in to your old account which would have been closed hence your seeing zero bills
if so you will need to create a new online account see this link on how to do it
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/welcome-to-sky
you can't use the same email address on the new account unless you replace it on the old account first
