Confusion of package

I have a new sky package booke to be installed on next Monday but I don't even know what it is I have got in that package how do I find out? I know I have movies and children's channels bit I don't know if I have internet or nothing which is what I originally wanted now I have sky q coming but unsure of internet ect what do I do

How much are you paying in total?

 

If you go to your my sky app->broadband/talk-> your orders

 

And let us know what it says

@Steph+sienna you can see what you have ordered Orders section of the My Sky website or app. Sky have a large numbers of bundles but you should see an order for the broadband service and a second one for the TV. If you get stuck give Sky a call as they can tell you exactly what is going to happen.

 

If you are moving your broadband from another provider like BT then Skky will arrange to get the service switched over and you will get a new Sky hub sent by post. The order and the box the hub comes in will show a date when the switch will happen. The instructions that come with the hub will tell you how to plug it in. 

 

The Q tv kit comes with the TV engineer who will connect the TV boxes up snd tell you how it all works.
