Do I get access to SKY NOW?

I have the full package with SKY Q.
Does this mean I can use those account details to use SKY NOW?
Or are they completely distinct items and require unique subscirptions?

There was talk about merging or allowing mutual access but it seems to have gone by the wayside, so for now, they're separate.
