Disney plus app

Amazon fouled up and cancelled our Disney+ subscription.  We have re-subscribed but now when we try to watch on the TV our subscrption is not recognised.

Any ideas wil be appreciated.

Sorry but Amazon cannot cancel your Disney Plus subscription. Try signing out and back in again @LMA21
