I have just switched over to Sky Q and I am having issues watching Disney+ I can watch Disney+ on my Sky Q mini box upstairs but not on the main box downstairs. I can log in, search and select shows on Disney+ but when I go to watch something I get the circle of doom and a sorry something went wrong message. It's so frustrating! Any ideas how to fix this please?

Try to Refresh Apps in the hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
Press Dismiss/back button to return to normal viewing.

@Doc5907 thanks for the tip, I've tried that as you suggested but unfortunately it still doesn't work.

Hi all,
I have managed to resolve this issue. When getting the incompatibility error when sign in throught sky q box the disney plus app looks at your TV and if it is on the disney plus incompatibility list it will not work. The way around this is to connect a compatible TV to the sky q box and sign in as normal. Then once through switch the hdmi back to your original TV and it will work from there on. Disney plus only looks for the compatibility on sign in
Hope this helps you all as it did me.
