Very cross @Kei+M @. Spoken to Disney+ at length, basically factory reset which I don't want to do. They say talk to Ky, but Ske says talk to Disney. Most unsatisfactory

thanks for all your help @Kei+M and @Kate+Elizabeth. After various reboots, restarts, power restarts, updates etc I've just done 0,0,1 and setting reset, then software update and all is sorted and we are watching Disney+! AND I havent lost any of my recordings 😊
