@digglerthelegend(or just in your own mind) i AM paying for it! FREE does not mean FREE! it is INCLUDED in the subscription (if you can read) it's like FREE POSTAGE on items - the POSTAGE IS INCLUDED in the price of the item! you really think sky are giving us this for nothing? 2 price hikes in less than a year?  [removed]

Having the same issue here. All started in December. Spoke to Sky who directed me to contact Discovery Plus which can only be done by email. Have now had several emails back and forth, basically going round in circles and still not resolved. Both are blaming each other and you can't contact Discovery on the phone either. 

 

So here is the plan, for anyone from Sky reading my comments, my contract comes to an end in 2 months and I shall take my business elsewhere. Have been customer for 15 plus years and its time to change.

Discovery updated the app a few days ago so everyone who goes to use it will find themselves logged out so this is what you need to do this to get your access back:

 

Follow the instructions you see onscreen when launching the Discovery+ app on your Sky Q box
Select log in
Using a web browser on a phone, tablet, PC or Mac and go to discoveryplus.com/link or https://auth.discoveryplus.com/gb/login
Log on to your Discovery+ account
Enter the activation code - this will activate your Sky Q box/Sky Glass

I'll try this again tonight but did try on Saturday and still had the same issue.

As above Discovery logged me out and when I logged back in everything is now working

I have had the same problem. I can get to the 6 digit link code, enter that in and SUCSESS YOU ARE NOW LOGGED IN. The Discovery+ home page comes up and I select a program press on WATCH and this takes me to another page that then says REFRESH I press that and nothing happens, underneath it says LOG OUT, I press on this and I'm back on the Sky Q login page again. Just goes round in circles. I have given up now after 3 days tooing and frowing.

My discovery plus has stopped working tonight, is there a problem with them and sky?
