Disconnected
I. Rang last eeek to tell you that my card had been blocked from bank regarding fraud and I would set my new details up as soon as I got my new card . And I was told there would be no cancellation of my sky tv only to find out that everything had been stopped until bill is paid . As of yet the card has not arrived . So obviously you have gone back on your word please rectify this promptly

You are talking to Sky customers only on here so as soon as your card arrives you can update the details here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/bill/change-payment-method
If a bill is outstanding you will need to pay that as well before your services are restored.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

@Bobbygeo1903 your only talking to other customers here. Once the bill has been paid and a new continuous payment method setup you will be reconnected. The process for non payment is automatic and you get 10 days grace period from first direct debit failure.
Like you I am a fellow customer trying to help so please provide as much info as possible
