My bill has gone up by over £40 a month!!

I was on a new package after I renewed I think at the beginning of the year and now I've all of a sudden lost my discounts and my bill is huge!! What can I do? I said I never wanted to pay this much when I started again. I've just built my own package online for a new customer and I can get loads and better internet speeds for £97 a month!!

What do your future bills show as the price being:

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/future

If they are also showing this price then give Sky a call about this.

@Kev1234321 In that case it's time to ring Sky to discuss and if necessary renegotiate new discounts.
