Credit refund for lack of sky whilst awaiting engineer to resolve

I raised an issue with my Sk Q over weeks ago as the satellite signal error message began appearing, no idea how this happens in the middle of summer but that's another issue. Anyway after a week I went on holidays and it appears in the meantime it was resolved (the dish is a communal one) however a day after getting home the signal went yet again. An engineer is due to visit in a few days. Will I be entitled to a refund/credit for the lack of Sky Tv? If it gets resolved when the engineer visits it will still be 2 full weeks of no sky tv whilst here and certainly a few days while I was on holidays.

You could ask, but Sky aren't responsible for the maintenance of communal systems.
