Credit owed to me taking over 2 months

My sky subscription ended in August and I still haven't been credited what they owe Mr.

Automatic refunds could take up to six weeks from the last day of your service connection and goes to the payment method on file if it’s still active, otherwise once the amount is showing as a credit on your Sky account if you call Sky they can manually process the refund in 3-5 working days.
