If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

There's not an option at the bottom of the page 'more help'. Only to start a new discussion or search for something else.

UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t allow us to type the digits in full).

Waiting times on the phone lines are apparently less just after 7am or about 9pm so you could try then (times vary in the ROI). Stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to.

You need to scroll right to the bottom of the page on that link then you will see "Need more help", select this and a phone number will be displayed but you must go right to the bottom of the page first.
