Contact Sky
Has anyone got an email for Sky? Tried calling but no one ever answers
my Sky glass has been damaged when moving, anyone have any advise?

@Andystown afraid Sky don't have a customer services e-mail address you will need to persevere with trying to call Sky.

@Andystown As per the other replies you wiolll need to call, also if you or someone else damaged the set when moving it then Sky won't be liable, any repairs needed would be at cost to you. Unless you have accidental damage on your home insurance.

I broke it with my thumb carrying it into my new property, bang to rights, insurance has paid out I just need the old broken one replacing for new

@Andystown You'll need to call I'm afraid.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
