Hi Guys I am getting constant reminders via email and text that i will be charged for not returning my modem. I have explained on the phone to them that i have proof they recived it over 4 weeks ago.
Postage was via Royal Mail so the tracking was quite easy, they operator tells me there is nothing they can do as they system doesn't allow it. Apparently they will charge me the £50 and then i need to chase them to arrange a refund, has anyone tried to get through to someone without the usual hour long wait?
Surely there has to be an easier way to sort this without constant chasing up sky?

Sadly this does happen so as you have proof and to get this sorted I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

After a online chat this has now been sorted, once they had the tracking details all sorted out very quickly.
