Connection cutting out and going laggy.

Is there anyone to physically speak to regarding issues with sky broadband? Ie a phone number?I've used all the help links and tried everything suggested, tested my connection and says there's no issues but clearly there is! I have a 6 and 9 yr old threatening to move out if I don't sort WiFi out!

@Kellyturts

Dial 150 from your Sky landline or Sky Mobile or 0333-759-1583 from any other phone.
When calling, ignore the message at the beginning and stay on the phone as long as you can. If the system sends a text message and asks you to hang up, don't.
If asked for the reason of the call, just say speak to advisor or cancel, nothing else. Finally you should be put in the queue for an advisor.

My you please post your router stats, this can be done following the information in the link below.

Re: Connection cutting out and going laggy.

Even if you do get through , there is a slim chance they will actually fix it.

Good luck/find an alternative.
