Apologies if been asked before.
Since Storm Arwen we have no phone line (it came back on this week but went off again xmas day).
We finally got a 4g mini hub from BT on xmas eve, but like 4g mobile hotshots, it doesn't seem to want to connect to the sky Q box.
I live I area with really good 4g signal and have no problem with it connecting to my PS5, Smart TV, laptops etc etc.
Is there any work around to get it to work on the Q box?

@oprime76 Unfortunately you can only WPS to Sky routers.
I managed to connect a BT hub to a main Q box by using a WiFi extender with an Ethernet port connected to the hub by WiFi and used an ethernet cable between the Q box and the extender. ( I know it does not help much as I happened to have an extender and tried it out of desperation)

Find out more@oprime76The only other thing I can think of is to either turn off 5Ghz in the hub (if you can) or turn off 5Ghz in the Q box (as the Q boxes are dual band but only connect to the hub using 2.4Ghz they can get confused, this will stop any mini boxes working but may get your main box working.
