I have a Blink camera which won't connect to my network, and the Blink help desk has told me my rouer has two networks 5.8GHz and 2.4GHz. Unfortunately I am connected to the 5.8GHz network and the camera will only connect to the 2.4GHz network. Blink have advised me to rename either of the networks so that I know I'm connected to the 2.4GHz network.
I have no idea how to do this, any suggestions would be gratefully received.
Many thanks

You will need to seperate the wifi bands
- Log onto router and go to wifi
- Go to 5ghz band and untick synchronise 2.4ghz and 5ghz
- Go to 5ghz ssid and add -5g at the end
- Save
- Go to individual devices and assign wifi band accordingly
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up
