Just started to watch a film and the internet just cut off, I have unplugged/switched everything off numerous times and now it won't let me run a check on my hub can anyone from sky help me please as my son needs the internet for his homework

You can also Test My Connection using the MySky app over 4G, it should pick up a fault.

I am in Barnsley South yorkshire, and I have tried running a test through the app but it keeps saying our test aren't working at the moment

However assuming your phone line is down use this link https://www.sky.com/help/home Click on the Need More Help? for the number to call from another phone.

Find out more@jones.ben Other than what we've advised there isn't much the forum can do, the fault may appear as an outage oand be updated on twitter or may just come back on it's own. If not you will need to contact Sky and log it as a fault, the forum can't do that.
