Connect Booster by Ethernet
I am struggling to get a good signal to a Mini upstairs, even with a booster. I don't have Ethernet in the room with the Mini but fairly nearby for a booster. Can I Ethernet connect the booster and then use that to connect the Mini in the further room? I think I need to connect the Q box to my broadband Ethernet and then the booster to Ethernet but do I need to switch anything else off or disable it? The Q box has a warning over the Ethernet but the booster doesn't? I am sure when installed, they told me not to use it but I have good Ethernet and wireless all over the house, it's just the weird Sky wireless that seems to struggle. I can't connect the Mini to Ethernet as it's too far from the TV hence the need to get a good booster working.

Re: Connect Booster by Ethernet
You can connect the booster to ethernet to help that get a better signal yes. That should strengthen the wifi signal it gives off for the moni box too.
Nothing needs to be enabled/disabled on the booster to di this either, just simply plyg in the ethernet.

Hi @DeddTed
Certainly worth trying to connect the Mini to an Ethernet connected Q WiFi booster.
What do you mean about a warning in the Q box over Ethernet?

Re: Connect Booster by Ethernet
It says "Go to sky.com/ethernet before using" but that URL doesn't seem to work.
Do I need to connect the Q and the booster to Ethernet?
