Charged for router even though I returned it in the box provided. It was months ago now so no longer

I've been charged for not returning router etc but categorically have returned it. It was months ago so I no longer have the receipt

Already tried that . Got passed from pillar to post, wasted 40 mins for the phone to drop out

You need to persevere on the phone. Remember that without your proof of posting any cancellation of non return fees will be at Skys discretion.
