Was given a reward for £28 on 8 th September, claimed reward and ordered two films. They now be charged to account and when I go into rewards it says awaiting dispatch.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky Store vouchers can only be used via the Sky Store website so if you ordered these films via your box then this is why you are going to be charged for them.
If this is the case then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:
