Charge for not returning equipment
Hi I have been charged £185 for not returning my sky box after upgrading to sky glass, I didn't have it in the back so the payment bounced, the problem I have is that I haven't received a cardboard box to send it back to

The packaging is usually sent out after you've had Glass for a few weeks but you can also use your own packaging and print a label off yourself*. This link should help you

If you haven’t anything suitable give Sky another call. Keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart, who handle the UK returns, don’t appear to be that well organised.
*(If you don't have access to a printer, Collect+ have shop premises that will print the labels for you).
