Loyalty expert chat

I was in a queue on chat for over 4 hours yesterday, no response. They then shut at 19:30. Again today I have been waiting for over 4 hours, even after it said it is looking like a 15 minute wait. I do not wish to call. Grrrrrr

Hi Dan. I am looking to talk to someone regarding a possible discount/deal after my renewal price is showing as a third more than what I pay now, and is more expensive than a new customer. I'd like to stay with Sky but if they cannot match even new customer pricing then I will go elsewhere and get a better deal. I have reasons why I prefer chat over a call.

Okay. Sounds like you'll have to wait for the chat. Just remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount. I'll be calling them tomorrow for the same - Broadband & Talk discounts are ending.

I eventually got through to someone and got my issue resolved, I am now happy with renewal price offered.
