Change my name on outgoing emails

I am losing the will to live trying to change the appearance/spelling of my name. I’ve changed it within yahoo settings and it now appears correct. If I email someone from iPhone to iPhone it works fine. But if I email a company and they happen to reply to me, I can see from the email trail that my name still appears in the old/wrong format. I’ve followed to yahoo guidance notes, but it falls down when it asks me to select “more settings” - more settings isn’t an option!!!!! Please help.

If you login here:

Then select Settings, more settings van be found as a small link in the bottom of the window that pops up. You then need to select Mailbox then your Sky email address and you should be able to change your name on the right of the page. Remember to save the change

Thanks for the assist. Sadly, I'm stuck at the same point again - there is no additional settings option. I've tried the old yahoo mail format and the new. Can't believe something so simple is so difficult!

Are you trying to do this on a phone or tablet? It is best if you use a desktop browser. If you have to use a phone/tablet choose "desktop site" (but it will all be very small)

Thank you. Yes I was using an iPad. Have used my daughter's lap top and it worked! Many thanks.
