Change Username or Unlink Account From Sky ID

Hello, I would like to change my username. This is possible on the Khorus software that Sky uses but for some reason they choose not to do it for their users. (I know this for a fact as I am a user on other companies forums that also use the Khorus software and have had my username changed with absolutely no problems).

Odd but nonetheless, in order to register a new account and continue to use the same email address/Sky account I need to have this forum account deregistered against my Sky account or deleted. Does anyone know how I go about doing this or can a forum mod see sense and simply effect a username change?

If I've understood correctly what you want to achieve, you'll need to create a new Sky ID with the username you want to use, then link your Sky account to it.

You can't use the same email address for both new and old Sky IDs so you'll need to change the email address in your old Sky ID first.
