Certain emails not coming through

For some reason the emails I get from my bank have stopped and they advise they are bouncing back to them. They had been coming through with no issues for years. Then in June they suddenly stopped. 

 

I've checked spam, blocked senders and even added my bank to my contacts, but the emails are still not coming through. 

 

Any advice as to what may be wrong? 

 

My email works as I'm getting other emails through.

@david456  If they are being bounced back what is the bounceback message?  Without it the forum won't be able to offer any advise.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

the bank are saying the messages are being returned to them as 'undelivered', that's all they have told me and that they have tried numerious times to send them.

Do you regularly use your email account by logging into it online at Sky.com ?

Are other emails coming through OK? If so, it might suggest a problem at the bank's end - incorrect email address for some reason, or a connection problem?

I always login via sky email. Know of one other company whose emails also don't come through.

Do you have another email address that you can use to update with these two companies to then see if their emails come through to this other one ?

did you resolve this issue?

I've been receiving emails from a subscribed email address for years, and now the sender's saying they bounce back as undelivered.

Other emails from the same company work when sent to me, and they have my correct email address.

I just wondered if you managed to fix this with Yahoo?

Or can someone else suggest ideas, barring the email address being put on a Yahoo blacklist. Although, surely other addresses from the same mailserver would be blocked?
