Cant Access Sky VIP - No Smartphone

I am unable to access my Sky VIP acxcount and rewards as I dont have an android or iPhone. and cant find any info on how to access Sky VIP without one of these devices

Access to Sky VIP is by smartphone only. Some VIP rewards can be applied on your behalf by customer services if you give them a call.

 

Edited to add: there's a way around it, if you want to give it a try: install an android emulator such as Bluestacks or Nox on a PC or laptop first, and you'll then be able install the Sky app to give you access to Sky VIP.
