Good morning.
I gave notice of my intention to cancel and spoke to a chap called Bradley. We were half way through a discussion when I had to leave as I had been waiting 30 minutes and was due to go out. There hasn't been any follow up. I'm hoping that as we are this far in, we don't have to go through yet more security! Would be of use if Bradley has kept the discussion details.

So select "Yes I still need help".
