Cancellation refund

Hi there.  i recently switched to sky broadband. I have received an email to say i have been credited back the early cancellation fee from my previous provider, and that it would now reflect in my account.

 

But.. i am still being charged the full amount in my future bills.

@Kendogg1984  It may take awhile for billing to catch up with email notification, how long since you received email
