there are 2 separate charges for mini boxes

one is the setup/admin fee - a one time charge- rarely is the second box discounted but often the first one may be free. I believe the standard current setup/admin fee is around £50 (just checked on my account it shows as £56)

The second is the subscription needed to use one - this is multiscreen and is a single cost per month irrespective of how many mini boxes are used (up to a maxium of 4 on the account I think - but only 2 can be used at the same time) Full current price for this is £15pm but may be subject to discounts
