Can't watch a programme and record different at same time.

My sky + box stopped working on sun done the restart on Mon it worked fine now I can't record a program and watch a different programme at the same time it kicks onto program I'm recording.

Hi I've done all the suggested posts on here was working fine then tonight it was doing the same thing changing onto recorded programme single feed is off and signal bars r more than half way full.

 Was that picture taken whilst recording? as the bars will show different results depending on channel tuned to, recording etc...

@Summer1515 When you did your test above, were you recording the same channel as when you had the initial problem?
