Can't watch BBC channels

Can't watch any BBC channels (except BBC HD) since yesterday. It keeps saying my Sky don't receive signal and asking me to check connection which is alright.

@YueH reboot your main Q box by disconnecting the power for 30 seconds as that may well sort the issue. 

If it doesnt and you have your own dish give Sky a call but if you are on a communal system then in the first instance talk to whoever supports that system.
