Engineer came today to install my sky Q box which is fine but my sky hub can't be connected to the current phone line box as it's an old telewest phone line the engineer did not say anything about changing my phone line to open reach or has not said he is coming back what can I do

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
