Can't set SkyGo device PIN

SkyGo is asking me for a PIN to watch downloaded programmes.

I've seen other thread where someone has helpfully inserted this link.

However, that just gives me a server error.

i've tried all different browsers.

Your link is works fine for me, so have you tried ckearing your browser's cashe or even tried using a different browser. If this fails as well then all you can do if you are unable to access the pin feature on the link is to contact Sky support so they can do it for you,

Hello, I know this is a really old post but I have found out how to fix this.

You have to be the owner of the sky box and log in with the owner's account for it to work.

By owner's account, I mean the person who bought the sky box.

This doesn't work.  I am the owner of our sky box and I have logged in and reset my PIN for Skygo and devices but it still says it is incorrect.  Not sure it is my iPad which is quite old and running on an older software update.

You're misinterpreted my post. This doesn't work. I've reset it 5 times now and it still comes up on iPad as incorrect PIN.

I did misinterprete your post as I presumed you were replying to the post above yours as you hadn't quoted the one you were replying to. No idea why this is not working for you as this should work.

Did you resolve this as I am having the same issue and have never set up a pin. I have been on my account and changed the pin but stil no joys

I'm having an issue too. I was watching something on sky q box and had to put in my pin which is fine. I came upstairs to watch the end on my mobile and it asked for my device pin which I assume is the same but it says not..... I don't get why not..... 🙄

The Sky Go pin is different to to your Sky Q box one so the link you need for the former is this one:

Thank you, when it was saying my sky device pin I assumed sky q as that is a sky device and I've never set a sky go pin..... Live and learn 😊thanks again

Had the same issue - switched off iPad and restarted it - then it accepted new pin 🤷‍♀️
