Discussion topic: Can’t find Netflix app in apps list

New customer and want to log into existing Netflix account (not via Sky) and can't find a way of doing this.
I assumed it should be in my apps list?
The only way I can see a way to Netflix is to add it for £5 a month which I don't want.
Any help appreciated.

Chances are that the software & apps are not fully up to date - to check & refresh if needed follow this link:
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/fixing-sky-q-tv-apps/missing-apps
Please note the step to refresh the software sometimes appears to work but does not update to the latest version initially but usually does after 2 or 3 attempts so if it hasn't updated to Q160 after the first attempt do try at least a couple more times

It was installed today and showing version:
Q160.000.29.00L (5bucbis)
I'm running an update now.
In apps I only have:
Golfpass
Peloton
Prime
discovery+
fiit
disney+ ad
sky ultimate - which leads to Netflix upgrade

Any other suggestions please? I believe I have the latest software but no Netflix app to sign into.

Reinstall the software and it should be there.

Thank you....third time lucky. It's finally appeared along with other apps like BBC iplayer too.
