Discussion topic: Can’t download to my iPad

I am trying to download films to my iPad Pro. Some tv shows work but films don't. My husband can download the film to his iPad and I can download the film to my iPhone. Our iPads are exactly the same so what is going on?

Are you trying to download them from your Sky Q box or just via the Sky Go app itself and what is actually happening as you haven't said ?

It's ok I fixed it. When I click on download nothing happens. I removed the iPad from the magic keyboard and it works. Must be a bug.
