I am trying to download recordings from my sky Q box to my iPad on SkyGo but it says I have Downloaded the maximum number of times? It's a new series so unsure what the problem is.

Still doesn't make sense, I have tried another episode of something else and it's giving me the same problem? Basically, I can't download anything that I have recorded?
