Can’t afford the price increase I need to downgrade or cancel

I can no longer afford my sky package as the price has gone up I've been with sky nearly 15 years and feel that I should be able to get a deal that I can afford

My wife and I are 89 years old, my wife is partially blind, I only watch the news and sport, last November I contacted Covin and had to give up y part time job, paying £81per month seems harsh just to watch news and sport, I realise my contract is till 3023, can you help ?

We can't help you here @Boone409 as we are customers like you but what you can do is to get in contact with the accessibility team at Sky who should be able to help you. There is a few ways to do this as you can see via this link:
