Can sky tell me if my new proposed address already has sky cables installed?

I am wondering if there is a way to see if the property I am interested moving into already has had sky tv or broadband before?

No: that could be seen as a violation of the privacy of current and previous occupants.

 

If you are purchasing the property then your solicitor should include such information.

 

Crudely, Google Streetview may reveal the existence of a dish and cabling.
