Can anyone explane tome why my account has gone up by £12 this month. If i do not get a satisfactory
Can anyone explain why my account has shot up by £12 this month. If I don't get a satisfactory answer, I will cancell my contract. This is not the 1st time this has happened.

@Trueblue47 You are not talking to Sky, so issuing threats to cancel will have zero effect. We are all customers like you and have no access to accounts
Have you compared your previous blls to your currrent one? Have discounts ended? Is it possible previous discounts have now ended?

It's usually because all 'in contract' discounts are time limited - usually 12 or 18 months.
When they end then the bill goes up unless you take action.
