Can anyone explane tome why my account has gone up by £12 this month. If i do not get a satisfactory

Can anyone explain why my account has shot up by £12 this month. If I don't get a satisfactory answer, I will cancell my contract. This is not the 1st time this has happened.

@Trueblue47  You are not talking to Sky, so issuing threats to cancel will have zero effect.  We are all customers like you and have no access to accounts

Have you compared your previous blls to your currrent one?  Have discounts ended?  Is it possible previous discounts have now ended?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's usually because all 'in contract' discounts are time limited - usually 12 or 18 months.

When they end then the bill goes up unless you take action.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
