Can I use my sky mobile in Egypt? Does data roaming plus cover Egypt?

I need to know if I can use my sky mobile in Egypt.

also what it is likely to cost.

does Data Roaming Plus cover Egypt . It only lists 12 destinations outside of the EU but Egypt is not included in the list.
