Can I pause a payment without being cut off

What will happen if I don't pay

If you normally pay by Direct Debit and it fails, Sky will try again 10 calendar days later. If that also fails a process starts whereby your services start being restricted. Be aware that we’ve been told that Skys Customer Service agents can’t stop that automated process.
We’ve also been told Sky don’t allow payment plans (except on a legitimately closed account) or promises to pay.

@Natalie1  No Sky don't allow you to pause payments on TV subs or Broadband, if you don't pay services will be restricted as a result.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
