CANT' SIGN IN

every time i go to sign in to my emails it says' we dont reconise your  password/email .

then it directs me to a verification box .i have to put in the letters/numbers i see on screen

it very rarely reconises the first 2/3 even if they are correct. then it accepts,

and i go to my emails sign in and all is ok. this happens every time it as been going on all week.

can anyone help.

@paladin100  Have you tried to clear your browsers cache?  Use Private or incognito mode? or try a different browser?

Is this via your browser? Or are you using an email app/client? What exactly does the error message say?

 

I do get the Captcha from time to time, which I agree is a pain. I think it's related to your public. IP  address. It's persistent if you use a VPN for example. You can usually change your IP address by turning off your router at the plug for 30 minutes or so ( sometimes less).

Thank you all for replys .  yes you where right (VPN)  when i check it ,it had reset itself to a forign 

site. i ididnt' know it could do that. will have to look into that.
