Just had an email , sky customer subscribe to bt sports for £27 a month!!!

Firstly are BT Sports tanking the <removed>, £27 for a sports package that is obviously well over priced.

Secondly No wonder Bt is looking to ofload the sports channels cos there so over priced they now have no customers to pay for the over inflated champions league package they pay for.

What a joke sky sports offer more sports content for less how can bt justify there prices?

Rant over but come on bt lower your prices and get more customers... simples whoever is in charge of pricing a bt is a numpty!

@charlessjellis  You're posting in Sky forum, not BT, if you want to rant at BT then you need to do it via their forums, not Skys.  Sky have no say or control over BT pricing in anyway.

You won't get a response from BT here and I doubt they would trawl through Skys forum either.

Your rant at BT is wasted in this forum I'm afraid.

Thanks for your reply, 

Firstly the email came from sky asking me to add bt sports to my package, I'm not the only one who is angry that bt sports seems to think that these prices are acceptable in this climate .

Secondly I don't think sky should be emailing customer to get them to have bt sports at over inflated prices, my rant was in some ways aims at sky also for trying to get me to add this to my package I already have all the channels with sky movies and sport to disney and netflix and I'm happy with what I get for the price I pay.

Finally and this is to sky gd1, stop sending me emails asking me to subscribe to a channel that is over priced and probably won't be around in 6 months time.

@charlessjellis pay TV is a commercial enterprise and certainly not cheap. Reality is BT Sports do not have to justify and its for each customer to determine if this represents value. Anyhow i would think that you may be able to negotiate a deal for BT Sports if yiu are interested by giving them a call. In return for a discount you may have to commit for 18 months.
