2nd day no internet . Test shows 'outage' in area and when I call they state the same but have no real information for me.

I am losing business as work from home and can't access cloud services we use .  
man increasing fly frustrated at lack of information .  What can I do?

So totally cool fused . Sky been telling me today outage in my area . I still have no internet and you're telling me there is no outage ?
