Auto Compensation Time

I ordered my service on 20th May, this was a simple house move. Engineer come out and said everything was fine. 2 days later, turns out something isn't fine and I don't have calls or Internet this is now 22nd June.

I have checked my account and no compensation has been added yet. At what point will I see this added?

It will not be added until the issue has been fixed as this is how the scheme works so the system knows how long you have been without a working line.
