I cant access some websites that I need i need to speak to someone at sky can someone please tell me how to speak to an actual person all the numbers i call are automated and then music playing for ages.

@Lynne08  You need to be patient and remain on the line, there s no secret get past the automation number with Sky as they all go through the ame menu system.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
