Hi all,
Since getting a new hub my broadband keeps loosing signal which then throws out everything in the house and I end up having to restart the hub daily.
Line test says no issues and you can never just speak to sky themselves so thought I'd post on here.

Line test results are what I would call lies.
People ask'who are you with for internet?'
The real and only answer is openreach.
Sky and openreach have wasted so much of my time it is unbeleivable.
At my last house it took 3 months and 6 engineers to fix it.
One engineer said'you have to find an engineer who can be bothered to fix it!
I did find the solution to it all and recorded it on this forum but it is now 'unavailable?!'
I have just had a week of multiple calls going through all the system, including' we are helping vulnerable customers?@}~~~~! My wife is a cancer patient and I still get rubbish service. We are on fibre and are getting 3mbps.Another engineer came today .He did not fix it.We just got a text to say it was all fixed.
It is like living on the set of a comedy program!
I found the solution .
I bought a 4g sim.
I set up a hotspot with my phone ,unlimited £16, but will buy a router.
Iam getting 60mbps for less money.
Sky can stick it up their @@@?@@~~.
Don't believe a word.
Good Luck.
