Broadband down

Q.1

There is no connection with the broadband, will there be a discount from the bill if it's not sorted in 24 hours?

Q.2 how do I cancel TV, Broadband and phone?

You've posted on a forum intended for those with questions about Sky Yahoo Mail. You're not emailing Sky.

I'll move your post to the Account & Billing forum which is more suitable for the questions you raise.

Have you reported it to Sky? If it's a fault affecting just your line they won't know about it until you report it.

Taken from here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

You experience a Total Loss of Service - Your service stops working completely and isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first tell us of the fault, (this does not include intermittent issues), this is payable at a rate of £8.06 per day until the fault is fixed.

To cancel Sky TV so long as you are not in a contract you will need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to do this. There are a few ways to do this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Yes button at the bottom of this page:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

So select "Yes I still need help".

For Broadband you either need to sign up at a new provider who will take over the line and inform Sky you are leaving or if moving to Virgin or if you no longer want a broadband and talk service you will need to call Sky and give them 14 days notice to do this.
